Shipping Policy

We ship within Germany and to all member states of the European Union.

Shipping costs within Germany & EU including VAT
Shipping costs outside Germany & EU excluding VAT

Deliveries within Germany

Shipping costs are 4,95 € per order.

Deliveries outside Germany

We deliver within the European Union and to Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.
Shipping costs are 8,95 € per order.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the offer we deliver inside Germany wihin 3 - 5 working days. In case of advance payment we ship when we received the payment. Mind that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
In case your order contains goods with different delivery times we will ship all goods in one parcel unless otherwise agreed with you. Therefore, the time of shipment is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

If you wish to collect your order we will inform you via e-mail when your items are ready for pick-up. In this case no shipping costs apply.
