The Austrian company Zotter stands for hand-made fair trade chocolate from controlled organic farming. For this 70 gram chocolate bar the chocolatiers have combined noble dark chocolate with a crunchy, creamy filling of nougat and hazelnut. Of course with a front image that resurrects Trier's skyline with Porta Nigra, cathedral, basilica and Electoral Palace in bright colors.
